Kora Skills

Enterprises have an ever-increasing number of applications that employees struggle to access and operate, taking a toll on productivity.

A skill is a representation of a chatbot or RPA bot that is built and integrated with Kora to access or perform a specific bot functionality through the Kora interface. Enterprises or individuals can build skills on their own and publish them on the Kora Skills Store.

Kora Skills Store

The Kora Skills Store is a collection of in-built, popular enterprise, custom enterprise, personal, and RPA bot skills. Kora comes with in-built skills such as meeting management, task management, knowledge management, and universal search. The skills panel provides you a view of personal and enterprise skill stores where you can access and manage them proactively.

Enterprise Skills

Enterprise skills in the store contain all of the default skills that are available to employees (users), such as skills for HR, ITSM, or CRM systems. Enterprise admins can determine which skills are available for the organization by controlling visibility and accessibility as needed.

Personal Skills

Kora lets you add certain personal interest skills such as weather, news, or music. These skills are only available to you and can be enabled/disabled at your will.

Enterprise Administration

Kora provides a comprehensive enterprise administration panel for adding, publishing and managing skills. Designated administrators have access to all published, unpublished, and draft skills. They can enable role-based access controls for skills for individuals and teams, and determine whether a skill is mandatory or optional. They can also monitor and generate usage analytics, and reports related to skill usage.

Kora provides the ability to register skills that can be added and assigned to users and teams. These skills can be developed on the Kore.ai Virtual Assistant platform or other 3rd party platforms like MS Bots Framework, Google DialogFlow, IBM Watson, etc.

Access Skills with Widgets and Panels

Accessing any skill is a breeze with Kora. Simply find the skill you want to in the Kora Skills Store, select ‘Enable it’ to start conversing. You can easily call a skill anytime using a trigger or access phrase, such as “Ask HRMS”, and Kora will automatically switch to the HRMS skill within the same interface.

Kora’s widgets and panels enable a better interactive user experience while using a skill. They provide a perfect confluence of chat-based conversations and UI-based interactions. The widgets are visually stunning and can perform tasks with a simple tap or click of a button. Moreover, the panels can be personalized by filtering or sorting the widgets as required.
