Of course, with security checks and balances in place, Kora only allows users to act within the boundaries of set permissions (RBAC system). Enterprise admins can set these permissions through the admin panel.

Create Knowledge

Kora provides several methods of capturing knowledge including web-clipper, in-app builder, email and more.

Within Kora, you can create new documents like articles, announcements, or meeting notes. Kora editor provides quick editing and formatting options. You can invite team members for feedback or collaborate on them. They can like, share, and vote on these articles as well. 

Too often we download or bookmark articles in our Web browser for later use, and we forget they ever existed. Kora provides you with a Web Clipper so you can save full or partial articles with their weblinks for future reference. These articles can be stored in your personal repository or can be shared with teams or individuals. Most importantly, you can easily retrieve these articles by simply asking Kora.

Making large policy or FAQ documents useful is always a great challenge. However, Kora’s data ingestion feature allows you to build knowledge from large documents (PDF, doc, csv). Once uploaded into Kora, she intelligently sorts this information to build a Knowledge Graph. The Kora knowledge extraction engine can easily retrieve the requested information whenever needed.

Collaborate and Co-create

To build a true collaboration and boost productivity, Kora allows you to work with other users on an article simultaneously. You can comment or vote on the article or tag other colleagues. You can also follow specific authors and track their past and upcoming articles.

Share and Moderate Knowledge

Kora’s information sharing is secure. Users can share information with individuals, teams or the entire enterprise. At the user level, you can decide where to give read-only or read/write access to the shared document. On the other hand, a team moderator or an enterprise admin can moderate (accept or reject) and decide whether the shared document should be visible to a particular group.
